I don’t know why doctors offices did away with a person to actually answer a phone and speak to patients. These automated systems get ignored. Contacted this office a week ago left both an email message and a voice message and I’m still waiting to hear back from somebody… Anybody!! My doctor referred me to this office, but since it seems nobody will ever be getting back to me, I have informed my doctor about the incompetence and maybe he will start referring people to an office that actually care about people and want to hel... read more
