We have been trying to get our refrigerator repair resolved since February, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Brian has had our part since April 3rd, yet we have had multiple no call, no show appointments after rearranging our work schedules to be available. They never showed up during the time frame they were scheduled for.
Used them before and they were good. This time, a major disappointment. Had to call several times and they kept saying the tech said he had been out. Then when he did show up 5 days later, he replaced the hose (because I said it was a damaged hose) took our money and told us that wasn't the issue and he didn't have time to find the issue because he had another appointment. NEVER AGAIN. We refer hundreds of clients a year due to our line of business but we wont even send our enemies here. Gave one star because it was required... read more
