We recently booked MicDrop Hawthorn for an event but unfortunately had to cancel 7 days out. While we understand there are terms and conditions in place, we were really disappointed with the complete lack of flexibility from the venue. We weren’t asking for a refund, but simply the opportunity to utilise the room for something else on the same day or to rebook for a future date. We recently ran an event to celebrate International Nanny Training Day here on Saturday. Everything worked seamlessly from technology to coffee and the catered lunch. The staff on call to help us were super efficient and relaxed. We will be back next year.

Gave the space a 4 because I don't think I can love an corporate events space but now realised that may give the impression that they didn't offer a great experience so I am updating. I've been here three or four times for work events and always found it a nice space with great food and beverages and the staff have been very accommodating. I'm sure we will be back soon.

We utilise the MicDrop Hawthorn event space weekly and are yet to find an event space as beautifully designed, impressive or practical! The space itself offers on-trend, modern amenities (check out the bathrooms and cafe), along with all the state-of-the-art sound, tech and visual tools required for delivering, next level, world class events of any size! We recently held a book launch function at the MicDrop Hawthorn. We cant speak highly enough of the whole experience. The venue is ideal in terms of location and facilities.
