Have to say I've been to several salons in the area but my first visit to Micchelli Hair Design was such a pleasant experience I will definitely be back. Other salons advertise the Brazilian blowout but the results left my hair dry and brittle. I searched for a hair stylist for the longest time after moving to south jersey from the NYC area and finally a friend recommended Tom Micchelli to me. What a blessing…. He knew exactly what hair style would look best on me and he gave me a new look which made me feel so good about myself…. The compliments I receive are never ending. I have been having my hair done by Tom Micchelli @ Micchelli Hair Designs for several years and wouldn't think of going any place else. The name says it all "Hair Designs"! Tom does not simply give you a hair cut he actually designs a look just for you....it's a collaborations! Tom Micchelli has been cutting my hair for years and I have never been disappointed. He does a fabulous job. I travel all the way from Reading PA to have him cut my hair. A few of my friends also use him. One gets color/highlights and she says he is the best.

I went to Micchellis hair salon in Northfield, NJ to have a Brazilian blowout which was on special. It looked beautiful and I think I enjoyed looking at my hair for about 2 minutes before he suggested a cut and the next thing you know I had 6 inches cut off my beautiful long hair. I suggested that I wanted it layered , but he said no and proceeded to cut it straight across.I looked down to see my hair on the ground and none of it was there.
