Very creepy interaction for my property manager who is female. They ran a test on my furnace and determined the heat exchanger was cracked and tried to sell me a new furnace. After I did a quick Google search I found that the heat exchanger has a 25 year warranty. Called a different mechanical company, and without mentioning the warranty, they came to the same conclusion and only charged me for the labour. Working with this company has been a nightmare. They installed a $31K heat pump system in my house that was sized completely incorrectly due to a large error that they made. It took months and hundreds of emails to get them to admit that they made a mistake. They said (in writing) that they would pull out the equipment and refund me.
