We were having some issues with our furnace filters so I called Micah’s. Spoke with a very nice receptionist and after a brief conversation she told me a service person would be right out. To my surprise he arrived shortly after, we chatted and he went to inspect the situation. What a friendly and knowledgeable technician, he explained everything very clearly and said replacement filters are on order. Micah's Plumbing and Heating team did an excellent job sourcing and installing a heat pump system for us. Mitch provided several different configurations and quotes for us to choose from to best fit our needs, kindly answered all our questions, and made sure that the all preliminary works were handled prior to installation proper.
