Customer service rep was very nice and repairs and cleaning looked great. HOWEVER, I feel... especially after checking prices elsewhere, that I was severely overcharged.

Extremely great family business you won’t be able to find anywhere else! I had Micah’s repair a gold chain for me that was done very professional. When I went to pick my chain up, it was not yet returned to the store. Kaitlyn and her fantastic customer service volunteered to bring my chain to me so I didn’t have to make another long trip. What a great employee to problem solve like that! Thank you so very much to your entire family and now you all a customer for life.
Took my ring in to have a loose stone fixed. When I got my ring back I find that the stone was not fixed and my ring looked like a pair of pliers got ahold of it.
