I have not used their service, however on the phone they have been extremely helpful. Jennifer was able to identify our potential issue and told us the right direction to go in even though they weren't able to assist in our particular situation. We will definitely call them future needs.
This company is so awesome. I’ve called a couple times in the past few years in emergency situations and Jennifer always calls back and gives you tips on how to band aid something until they can come out. She even text even more helpful tips without me asking. What an awesome company with great pride in taking care of their customers.
Micah and Jenny are the best. Servants to their core. They will give you the shirt off their back, and go out of their way to deliver it to you in person. I was out of town (of course!) when the water heater decided to start leaking. My wife calls me to describe the situation and luckily between the two of us we managed to find our way to Micah.
