I started working w Dr. Yu about 2 years ago after working with another rheumatologist in OC. From the start Dr. Yu listened to my pain, has been 100% responsive and extremely sensitive to my autoimmune condition. I personally prefer taking the non pharmaceutical route on my journey but I do understand the necessity at times to tolerate daily pain. Honestly, one of the best Rheumatologists I have ever met. When my Rheumatologist left, I was terrified of never finding someone like her. When I found Dr. Yu, he met every expectation I had thought about him. He truly cares about his patients and goes far and beyond to find the root cause of your condition. There are many "integrative" rheumatologists out there but he actually is. Outstanding doctor!

I came in to see Dr Yu with RA. My daily pain (4/10), brain fog, fatigue, and low mood. Now, 45 days into the reintroduction diet, I feel incredible. My pain is down to 1/10—some days completely gone. The diet was tough at first, but with preparation, it’s now easy and SO worth it.
