I'm a huge fan.I felt like he listened and was engaged with my concerns and questions.I felt talked to, not down to. I did not feel rushed, either in the appointment or to make a decision. I was not being sold the most expensive option, which is what happened at a competitor. My husband was in the consult with me, but he was not talked to in front of me as if this was his decision, like what happened also at the same competitor.
