Everyone was so nice and caring from checking in at the receptionist desk to meeting the PA and meeting Dr. Jones. He explained to me what was wrong with my thumb and what we could do to fix it. I'm very happy and satisfied that I chose Dr Jones and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.
Highly recommend Dr Jones! He has helped me so much with my trigger finger! He's very kind and reassuring. He is also is great with children!! My 3 year old grandson fell and broke his arm and Dr Jones put him at ease.....like amazing! Dr Jones actually deserves more than 5 stars!
Dr. Jones it’s an excellent doctor who has a great bedside manner and explains everything in detail as to your symptoms and what he sees and believes in respect to your problem. He’s knowledgeable and a professional that I trust in a specialist who will surgically fix or repair the problem. I highly recommend him. He’s 5 stars in my book!
Dr Jones was fantastic! He was kind , considerate and, in my opinion, did a miracle! I had a crushed and impacted wrist. After seeing him directly following my emergency room visit, he worked with me by first, getting me in to see him, and very quickly scheduled surgery. It turned out to be quite a task getting my wrist pieced back together ending with a plate, seven screws and a pin. He did a great job.
