Dr. Jones is a very professional and knowledgeable person that puts his patients wellbeing and care first, he is always ready to explain things very carefully and does not rush the appointment, could not ask for a better provider to care for your health.
Front desk staff informative and helpful, explained what to expect. Quickly taken into radiology although I think that was a “standard procedure”, premature for my issue and an expense not warranted. Radiology polite. No excessive wait for Dr. Micah Jones who has excellent “bedside manner.” One of the best medical experiences.
Dr. Jones & his staff are such wonderful folks, from the front desk people to all of his support staff. The waiting area is nice & large so as not to make you feel cramped & they even have a lovely coffee machine while you wait. He really made me feel at ease while discussing possible treatments & provided me with several options. I think anyone would be fortunate to work with Dr. Jones & his staff.
