Dr. Dickey is a caring doctor who takes time to listen and sets goals together with his patients for their well being.
We were very happy when we met Dr. Dickey; liked him instantly but our experience since then has been beyond disappointing. We have only seen the doctor on our first visit because to try to see him right away for any minor ailments is extremely difficult; he has two offices and is scheduling about 4 weeks out. To call his office, you should expect to listen to a recording on how important your call is for about ten to twenty mins before you can speak with someone. I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but I've only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctor's medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment.
