Had a discussion to replace an outdoor lighting fixture on a warehouse in San Leandro. After back and forth on service call, I was told they'd get back to me to schedule. Next day a cryptic note comes telling me the "owner won't warranty a new fixture. I'd have to buy it, and they'd install it". This is so wrong on many levels. Probably the most important is for them to investigate further to see if they couldn't just change the bulb INSIDE of the fixture.
