We were supposed to receive a text message. Waited for over an hour and when we went back in we were called and the receptionist said we were calling you. My wife said she did not receive a text. The receptionist rudely said “I would have given your papees back if I was to send you a text. The receptionist is very RUDE and shouls be taught how to deal with HER mistake. Not going back there again.
Cooperative and supportive staff.
I recently went through a very difficult time as I was losing my baby. It was one of the hardest moments of my life, but the doctor and staff at this ultrasound clinic treated me with so much kindness and empathy. They showed true compassion, spoke to me gently, and supported me in such an emotional time. I am so grateful for the way they cared for me with patience and understanding. Their empathy made a painful experience a little easier to bear. Thank you for all your support
