I was not greeted well upon arrival but was able to get into the screening room quickly. I received the necessary forms, completed them, and was asked to change. However, during a shift change, the outgoing radiologist did not pass on any information to the incoming one, which created some confusion. So disappointed in MIC. They do not support people in wheelchairs. Their tables don't lower down so it's impossible for wheelchair user who can't stand to get treatment. All their locations are like this. So here I am in extreme pain because they refuse to get proper adjustable tables. ALL MEDICAL FACILITIES SHOULD SUPPORT WHEELCHAIR USERS. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
I had an appointment to receive HLA shots in both knees. The wait time was short, the staff was very efficient and approachable, and the doctor who did the injections was excellent. Everyone was willing to answer any questions I had yet they moved me through very efficiently, which I appreciate.
