Technicians were extremely kind, patient, respectful and helpful. Other clinics were booked for weeks ahead but I could book our appointment within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.
I was filling out a form attached to a clipboard before my x-ray and when I flipped to the next page it was the same paperwork already filled out BY ANOTHER PATIENT! I was appalled. This is absolutely unacceptable. Her name and personal medical information were on the form. I let the technician know and she apologized. But I wonder if the other lady was notified that her personal medical information was compromised. I doubt it.
Great place to go to. The ultrasound technician who performed the examination was exceptionally professional and courteous. Her friendly demeanour and extensive knowledge made the experience highly enjoyable.
Tried to book online but the system is not very friendly. Did not see a code anywhere that I could enter into the system.
