I stumbled on this location because there was no available appt at labs in my neighborhood. The lady who helped me to book the emergency appt over the phone was courteous. I was so impressed on entering the compound as their signage was visible as well as ample space for parking. Lori (front desk) was pleasant and professional.(this kind of personality is needed and customer service is needed especially in health care environments). The staff were polite and funny very approachable. I didn’t wait long at all. Awesome! The only thing was a little too far from where I lived however it was the only one that was available for the time and date I needed.
Honestly, this is the BEST service I have EVER received in Canada. I came to the clinic without a requisition form, and HEAR ME OUT: 1. I originally brought the requisition to a lab for an ECG. The form was taken as part of the process, but I wasn’t informed that I would no longer have access to it afterward. I even asked if I would need it later, and I was told nothing that made me think I wouldn’t be able to get it back. 2.
