Update: I visited the MIC Medical Imaging area again 08/06/2026. I had a mammography & bone density test both times. The experience was just as great as my last visit. The reception and medical people are very friendly, most helpful and very professional. I have been to this place over the years. I shall return!! Staff are friendly and its very clean. My appointments are always on time. The key to getting in quick, I find, is to show up at least 10 min BEFORE your scheduled appointment .
I enjoyed my visit to the Hys Medical Center. I highly recommend Kitrina, the USS tech who attended to me. She is very gentle, patient and kind. I hope everyone there is like her and would love to see her again.
An hour waiting is a lack of appointment planning. The appointment system should be adjusted to realistic times of procedures so patients do not have to wait for an hour in the change room.
