Staff is very nice and also very professional. Waiting times are shorter than other locations I’ve attended before.
I was amazed on fast I was able to get an appointment...I was treated fairly which never really happens because im indigenous...I felt like I was important enough for them to help with help my situation...I truly recommend this place...
Have not been to the clinic yet but wanted to give Lynn the receptionist at Medical Imaging a shout out, she was very lovely, kind and easy to chat with. She listened to my concerns and booked me in but was apologetic where it didn't work. Great work and service Lynn. I dropped Insight Medical Imaging due to the service their receptionist provided. Your receptionists can make or break a patient's experience so treat them well and choose them well.
Wonderful experience with Irina today who made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Thank you, Irina and the team at MIC!
