Great friendly staff!
I was there yesterday and had a lovely experience. I was treated by friendly and respectful staff and was made to feel very comfortable from start to finish.
The team is amazing and the doctor listened attentively to issues and concerns. This will be where I book from now on
Booked an appointment over the phone for first pregnancy ultrasound. Our conversation was for July 2nd and we confirmed the date and everything twice cause I checked my work schedule and changed the work hour accordingly. Showed up on the date and they informed me that it is booked for july 30. I told them that it must be a mistake cause we spoke about july 2nd and it will be too late for july 30. They said there is nothing available till then.
I had a requisition for an US and had a very short time frame that I needed it done in (before travel). I spoke to Gloria on the phone about it and she went out of her way to see if anything was available as I also live 5 hours away and was making the trip to the city for this. Not only was I lucky enough to grab a rare Saturday appt but she was super friendly and awesome to deal with. Thank you Gloria for the best service.
