Appointment started on time. Staff were all very pleasant. Parking relatively easy.
Wouldn't let me (Husband) to accompany wife for ultra sound. Receptionist lied about reasoning why (her answer conflicted with technicians answer). Dehumanizing experience.
My second time coming here, and I'm thoroughly impressed how kind they are despite maintaining a professional atmosphere. Amazing! Highly recommend!
Great experience, very professional and friendly staff, my appointment was for 8.30 am, I showed up at 8.15, they moved me into another waiting room and my appointment started at 8.25. So they definitely respect your time. And very nice people. Thank you all.
The staff who did my scan was so nice and professional. She made sure I understood what to expect and made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was also great. They were right on time for everything. Very nice experience altogether.
