I would like to compliment Graham, the ultrasound technologist who helped me today. He was very professional, efficient, and gentle during the examination. He answered my questions clearly and even checked with his supervisor when needed, which made me feel very reassured and confident in the process. His professionalism and kindness made the experience very comfortable. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff member.

For an extended period, I have been "patients" of MIC. The service desk is now better organized and time management is more fluid. The assistant was incredibly kind, and Dr. Nadeau was knowledgeable and skilled. It was a pleasant experience.
