We put our 1948 ford popular ute in with Mibac on the 1/08/22 because it was running rough. After 3.5 months I decided to go down there as we had not received an update phone call at all by this stage only to be told he didn’t know the guys details that he gave the carby to because he wasn’t happy with the work they did. 17 yo son got worst case scenario quote 6 grand for engine rebuild. Cost 7 grand. No call to let us know of increase just magically appeared on reciept. Increase again on vehicle pick up. Asked for engine warranty but apparently not done in the industry anymore. Mr Hornbuckle in my opinion acted smug, unavailable and deceitful during this regretful process.
Quick call to fix headlights on way out to Dalby. Mechanics are polite and quick. Had me on the road in under 1/2hr. Thank you very much!
Not happy jan. Break something on a car and not own up to it. Proceeds to fly off handle, kick things and abuse me. Not going through this company ever again. And I suggest you don’t either. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
