Mia provided exceptional service for our screening of the documentary 'The Fish Thief' last evening at the Weber Center in La Crosse. She was so interested in understanding what our event was and how she could help us deliver our science message through food - she is truly amazing. We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding and rehearsal dinner! The food was absolutely amazing with tons of choices, and everything was delicious. Mia’s Kitchen catered my daughter’s graduation party (350 people) and was PHENOMENAL! She’s easy to communicate and plan with from the start. She’s reliable and creative, making the food selections and menu unique to my daughter and her friend’s personalities. Above all, her food is beyond delicious and full of flavor. I approached Mia about catering for my dad’s celebration of life and she was so wonderful to work with! Her communication was excellent and she was very flexible with customizing our menu. The food was excellent! Mia took a weight off of our shoulders in providing delicious food and being extremely professional and punctual.
