I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Alaya for providing exceptional customer service yesterday. Although Alaya was working as the hostess who seated me, she demonstrated a remarkable knowledge of the menu. I inquired about one of my preferred dishes, which was not listed on the menu precisely as I typically enjoy it, and she graciously accommodated my request. This is my absolute favorite restaurant. You will definitely need reservations if you'd like to visit in the evening. The bruschetta is a must, and my favorite pasta is the spaghetti.
What a beautiful day on King Street. Juliana was our server Hazel was the manager - took about a half hour to get a table outside. and I told the host once the table was ready to please fire a cheese pizza. I had a hungry toddler, but my toddler cannot handle hot food. The pizza came out and on request they put the pizza in the fridge to cool it off so she’d enjoy it.. my pasta was delicious they were fast, attentive, and I can’t give them higher praise than five stars, but it was a 10 out of 5 stars!!
This place is really just great, the food is very good, prices are great. I Literally spent just over $100 for 2, I’m talking multiple drinks each and full course meals. The service is also great. My gf and I have come from Boston to stay in area and we always make it a point to go to Alexandria and hit up this restaurant when we stay in D.C. area.
