The food is decent, for starters. But the most ridiculous interaction with a waitress completely ruined any positive feelings I had about this place. It was a 100-degree day, and we came in as a group of three. There was an open table available, and we told the waitress that we were perfectly happy to squeeze into that small table. Food: 5/5 I ordered the Zajiang Noodles, a Sichuan-style dry noodle dish topped with minced meat, bok choy, and a fried egg. The sauce is hidden at the bottom, so make sure to mix everything really well before digging in! Was looking for a new place to try and came across Mian. We came on a Saturday for a late lunch and had to wait about 15 minutes for a party of four. It looked like smaller parties were getting seated a little faster. I'm a big fan of dan dan noodles, so that was an easy choice for me.
