The staff including front desk is rude and lacks compassion. The vet lied about having said our dog was healthy 24 hours before she passed. She grossly misdiagnosed our family poet and then would not own up to the mistake. This business used to be good, but has traded reliable and friendly service for bigger profits. They lost me, 2 of my family and 3 of their friends due to their rude front desk associate. I suspect she is related to owner or else they support her lack of compassion. We had a beautiful English Mastiff for 8 and 1/2 years named King Solomon. He had Addison's disease. He had at least one Addison's emergency every year. Every time we took him when he had an emergency they knew, because their doctors remember, that he needed a cortisol shot. But they would always charge us for a blood test, and then another test, and then for another appointment before they were give him the shot that he needed. I have been going to Miamitown Pet Hospital for years now and will NOT be returning. Everyone there is absolutely lovely EXCEPT for Dr. Rosing. I was blown away by his aggressiveness as I was there for something quite concerning with my dog and he treated me with such dissrespect, contradicted everything I was saying and told me that my dogs anxiety(who was severely abused before we adopted him) was due to my lack of structure???
