Everything went great, no problems at all
They will lie and tell you they accept your insurance ! We have blue cross blue shield. They do not accept it ! What a waste of time !! Now I have to spend all day calling other places trying to get an appointment asap and wait for an appointment again ! Very unprofessional.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked into the door. No waiting. Everything was explained and all of my concerns were addressed from on the tech to the doctor and the amazing girl who helped me find the best fitting glasses for comfort. I highly recommend their office.
Best experience I’ve had at any doctor’s office.
