I have been using this company for a while and they always delivered. Last time, a new groomer came and as always I showed him what I wanted and warned him about my dogs mats. This has never been an issue in the past. He did a horrible job and cut all of my bernedoodle’s hair with the machine leaving him looking like a greyhound or another breed.
