I am adding to my review. MiamiCrete did both of my bathrooms at my home. Just like last time they were very professional. Enrique , Sebastian,and Sammy and his team were there to address all my needs. Project was done in the time promised and they were there every day at 8 am throughout the whole project. I just finished my driveway with MiamiCrete. Great company and excellent service. All crews were quite professional and responsive. Comunication was properly managed and payments were pretty much aligned to the project milestones.

I had high expectations for Miamicrete, but my experience was completely disappointing. The team seemed disorganized from day one — poor communication, unexpected delays, and no real sense of professionalism. The final concrete work looked rushed and unfinished, with uneven surfaces and rough edges that completely ruined the look of my driveway. What frustrated me the most was the lack of accountability. Hiring Miamicrete was a big mistake. The work looked decent for the first few days, but cracks started forming almost immediately after the job was finished. The surface is uneven, and now water pools in areas that were supposed to be level. Clearly, corners were cut during the process. I contacted them multiple times for a fix, but they either ignored me or gave vague promises that never turned into action. Once they got paid, they vanished.
