They have two buckets of condoms like trying to say “protect yourself to not have more kids but if we never had kids they wouldn’t even be there working in the first place, service was horrible you can’t even find the place we got there late because it’s the only office w no sign hiding in a corner and they made us reschedule.
People is disrespectful and sarcastic. Saying to other people “ugh she’s all yours” That’s not the right way to treat people, they should go to a customer related training, because clearly they treat you like a stupid person
If I had a choice to give zero stars it’s exactly what they deserve. They never answer the phone but when I come in… in person she says that everybody is busy with clients yea ok so why was your employee with her feet up chilling and everybody else were talking and chilling and talking about unrelated things. Very unprofessional. Absolutely horrible having me to change the WIC form for the milk 3 times and making me go thru freaking hell. Absolutely ridiculous what these people make you do.
