This place is heartless, unprofessional and will be reported. Dr. Telleria has put in place men who are not doctors. They are very intimidating and mean. A patient that is elderly and has been on pain meds for 10 years, never abused them, never had issues as far as the effect of the meds, never doctor shopped. Only went up in dose once in ten years. They took the meds away and never explained about withdrawals and what would happen while the body was adjusting to not having them. No support at all. The patient is not well fr... read more
A visit with more disappointments than relief. I visited this office on November 17th. I wasn't seen by Dr. Peter, but by a woman whose name I don't remember. She arrived late for the appointment because she had gone for a run, as she told the receptionists, who, while the phone rang countless times, were only sharing cookie recipes. The doctor ordered an MRI, which I scheduled at another facility as soon as I left the office. Doctor Ramos I can’t thank Him enough for the decision in giving me the right medicine to take way that pain that I have for the past months . For the last 2 nights I have been sleeping pain free .
