I do not recommend this company. I expect more from a company renting boats like this and the bare minimum wasn’t even met. Please do better Miami Waves 305.
Ruined my family vacation. Don’t waste your time with this company
I’ve rented with this company before and my experience (to be nice) wasn’t the best. I wanted to come back and give them another try but the recent reviews reaffirmed my experience and I will book elsewhere. Miami Waves 305 is not the way to go.
Such a TERRIBLE experience! I will never book with this company nor recommend it to anyone. If you’re reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Alexa and Mike were extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I reserved and paid for my booking just to have it cancelled without notification or a reason why.
