Absolute worst car company! Had a reservation booked for months to pick up our family from the airport on news years Eve. Had paid and have multiple confirmation emails. They last minute canceled my reservation today as they are now only renting by the hour that day. Not a good way to take care of your customers with EXISTING reservations. They clearly are not reliable! Now we are left without a ride to our destination as all other companies are booked fully as it’s a holiday. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book with them!!!
This was the worst car service experience I have ever had. They never showed up. I called and they kept saying 5 minutes. I ended up jumping in a cab and almost missing my flight. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
