I got a blood test here and she was amazing!! I would absolutely recommend. So good and patient and was so gentle!!!
Was 5 min late due to traffic to be told Dr was with last patient for the day & I had to reschedule How unacceptable when you generally have to wait at least 20 mins for them No call either Awful practice no wonder patients are leaving by the droves
Worst medical clinic ever. If I could give zero stars I would. For some unknown reason the doctor accidentally canceled my daughters ty escript. Tried to call to get it fixed up but there was no answer. So I drove to the clinic only to be told there is no doctor there at the moment (at 3pm on a weekday!). I advised the receptionist that I needed to fill the script today so she needed to go onto her system to fix it. She said no she can’t do that. I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years. Worst clinic ever. The man at the reception was very ironic and rude, he forgot to claim the Medicare rebate and I had to call the clinic 200x to make it done. The Doctor is also not great, always forgetting to give the referral for the tests and giving wrong advice about procedures for pregnancy. I think she changed clinics now.
New Doctors and reception staff. Very Good service, friendly staff, Caring team and we were looked after well.
