Worst medical clinic ever. If I could give zero stars I would. For some unknown reason the doctor accidentally canceled my daughters ty escript. Tried to call to get it fixed up but there was no answer. So I drove to the clinic only to be told there is no doctor there at the moment (at 3pm on a weekday!). I advised the receptionist that I needed to fill the script today so she needed to go onto her system to fix it. She said no she can’t do that. I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years. Worst clinic ever. The man at the reception was very ironic and rude, he forgot to claim the Medicare rebate and I had to call the clinic 200x to make it done. The Doctor is also not great, always forgetting to give the referral for the tests and giving wrong advice about procedures for pregnancy. I think she changed clinics now.

Shocking customer service, I have never seen a clinic to treat the patient so poorlyl. They were trying to blame everyone around them, even medicare, for a mistaken of theirs. The practice manager or owner is so rude and is not willing to solve problem, kept pushing for over a month until I called the clinic and refused to hung up until it was solved. The GP I saw was wonderful but thank God she has left that clinic. Do not go there.

I would like to aware you all that the receptionist customer’s service Nichole is really lack of quality. Unfortunately I was treated without respect. She is not capable to LISTEN what I had to say and not able to attend what is requesting. Plus that she left the customer on hold for 15 minutes.
