This place is a joke. DON'T RENT/BUY FROM HERE. Edit; I don't remember when I posted this but it remains the same. Property management is rarely on premises, maintenance? What maintenance? There's been a burnt husk of a home sitting on the property for over a year now. Every 6 months the rent goes up with nothing to show for it.
I have lived in Miami View Estates for nearly three years now. I have to admit in the beginning, management wasn't quite helpful! However recently they have employed Lauryn Stafford, and she has changed everything in our community drastically! If there is a maintenance issue she has it dealt with immediately! I recently needed help concerning logging into my account, and she went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue, even on a day that she was not in office!
