I had been looking for a new dentist and found Miami Valley Smiles through my insurance company's website. I have now been in three times and I have been blown away and deeply impressed by the level of service I have received. Every single person I have encountered, from front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Katherine, to the office manager has been incredibly friendly, thorough, and helpful. I could not be more pleased with this office and plan to be a patient here for life.
All of the staff are very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. As much as I fear the dentist, they always make sure that I am made comfortable I have had several dental assistants and they are all great! I have recommended this team to my friends who are in need of a dentist.
I was struggling to find someone to help me get a tooth extracted in a timely manner that was causing me a lot of face pain. The team at MVS was extremely kind and understanding and found a way to get me taken care of. They treated me with immense levels of kindness and gentleness from the moment I opened the door, through my extraction process, and going over my payment. If you’re looking for a dentist office to treat you with kindness, I cannot recommend them enough.
They were quick and pleasant. Staff is professional and respectful. This dental clinic has a small play area for the little ones while the parent can get their dental workup done which is really good.
