Tenant Operations Director is hateful and rude. No one likes her. Pathological liar. She told me to do something then criticized me for doing it. Terrible maintenance who come in without a 24 hour notice and don't fix what they say they fixed. Last time they came and left my place with an additional problem. Been trying to evict me for over a year because I have complained to them and others. RETALIATION.
