This is the worst experience we have ever had in an Emergency Department. I took my husband to be seen in severe pain in his side and the nurse who checked him in, Allie D., told him that his blood pressure didnt seem high for the pain he stated he was having(139/93) and sent us to the lobby. After approx 1 hour, he almost passed out and got sick from the pain he was having so I went up and asked her if she knew how long the wait would be to be seen. She said “I don’t know.
