I always use this location due to the great staff. Easy check-in, short wait time and no parking hassles.
Fast in and fast out. Clean facility. Joyce did my imaging and she was efficient and professional while being cheerful. I was so impressed by her that I wanted to show my gratitude with a nice review. Also, the guy at the front counter was super nice and when I mentioned I had misplaced my insurance card but that it was the same as my previous visit, he printed a copy of it for me to keep in my wallet. I went in to receive an ultrasound and my technician Babette was extremely rude and dismissive. She talked over me the entire time--it was quite bizarre. I misunderstood her when pulling my pants down and instead of instructing me further, she pulled them down for me which I felt to be highly inappropriate. I understand she had a job to do and was trying to be efficient and get the procedure over with, but no one was waiting in line after me and even if someone was, understand that there's a person behind the patient. Quick and easy process for MRI. I was taken back early, and my tech was incredibly compassionate and professional.
I had an appointment for a bone density test today. When I checked in, the receptionist informed me that my Dr had written the order as such that my insurance company would not accept it. She said they tried to contact my Dr but had not heard back from him. I asked her why they had not contacted me! She just said, ‘Sorry. We should have.’ I asked what the test would cost without insurance! She said $990! With my insurance it’s less than $50. Needless to say I did not get the test today and will NOT be going back there for it... read more
