Twice I had appointments for tests and neither time did they call to pre-register or verify my appointment. When I got my test the gal was curt and complained about not getting a clear picture of the heart. She then positioned me in an awkward position. When I asked how it looked she said she couldn't tell me or she'd lose her job when all I wanted to know was if the picture was clearer. She pressed so hard under my left breast and my rib that she hurt me and left a bruise. I've never been treated like that there before!!!
