Dr Carpenter is very knowledgeable across a wide variety of hearing needs. She has her doctorate and can preform assessments many other providers cant. She sells and supports a wide variety of manufacturers and has the ability to tailor a solution for your needs at a variety of price points. I have had my hearing aids for well over a year, and she has been able to adjust them for my needs. Most people don't even realize I wear them.
