This is a one person pony show. All work is sub-contracted from concrete through framing. Un-organized prior to start of build, we had to make quick last minute color changes to siding and shingles because the order for the kit was not placed at initial contract signing, was placed too close to build date. I have found that because of the 'fast' construction no care is taken to insure the walls are square and spacing of trusses is not guaranteed to be 24" on center.
