Got my new home remodeled thanks to MT Construction. Very very professional contractors
We had a great experience with MT Construction for our home remodeling project. Roland, Nandi, and team were great to work with and very detail oriented. Nandi's craftsmanship exceeded our expectations for a Miami project and we couldn't be happier. One of the best things about Roland and his team is they answer the phone and show up when they say they will. We had great communication throughout the project and would recommend their services to others!
The workmanship was extremely poor. Crooked tiles, uneven walls, and sloppy paint jobs. I had to hire another contractor to fix most of what they messed up. For the amount I paid, I expected at least basic quality and professionalism.
The contractor rarely showed up on site, and their crew often arrived late or not at all. There was no real oversight, which led to several costly mistakes. It felt like I was managing the project myself. Very frustrating experience.
Beware! What started as a reasonable estimate quickly ballooned with unexpected charges and vague explanations. They kept adding costs without informing me properly, and I ended up paying nearly double the original quote. Very dishonest practices.
