The workmanship was extremely poor. Crooked tiles, uneven walls, and sloppy paint jobs. I had to hire another contractor to fix most of what they messed up. For the amount I paid, I expected at least basic quality and professionalism.
The contractor rarely showed up on site, and their crew often arrived late or not at all. There was no real oversight, which led to several costly mistakes. It felt like I was managing the project myself. Very frustrating experience.
Beware! What started as a reasonable estimate quickly ballooned with unexpected charges and vague explanations. They kept adding costs without informing me properly, and I ended up paying nearly double the original quote. Very dishonest practices.
I hired Mt construction to build my family home and I have to tell I made a great decision to go with them. They were not the cheapest but they brought t the table what they promised. I can highly recommend them. M project manager was Jeffrey .
We hired MT Construction best decisions we’ve made. Roland was our go-to guy and made everything super easy to understand (no contractor confusion!). The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which is rare in construction. Once we signed everything moved like clockwork. The house turned out amazing. If you want a team that actually delivers and keeps it real, go with MT construction
