I wanted to wait at least six months after installation before leaving a review to give a fair assessment. From the start, the delivery team were friendly and professional. We purchased the hot tub during a sale and feel it has been excellent value for money so far. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times via email, and they’ve been extremely helpful and responsive each time. Would definitely recommend!

AVOID! Was sold a swim spa cover that cost nearly £2000, which has started to disintegrate within a matter of months. I complained and have been offered some 'free filters' in compensation, with a suggestion i can 'sew the area with lose thread'. DISGUSTED & INSULTED by the shear lack of customer care.
We cant thank Brett and Paul enough for everything they have done in installing our hot tub today. Their service in every respect has been excellent - everything was checked and made sure we were happy with the positioning and orientation of the tub and heat pump. Bought a jucuzzi, was very impressed with the customer service and main base, staff were keeping in touch with the follow up with our delivery, unfortunately this was rearranged due to a problem at there end and still waiting for our jucuzzi to be delivered, all excited to try it out during our summer holidays 😁
