Took vehicle in small damage. Assessor saw high end vehicle and pushed to have it through insurance and stated be over $2000. Then later phone call when I mentioned fix without insurance stated it would be over $3000. Told him my insurance was Alliance and he stated they only pay $35 an hour so wasn’t really interested. The reality is Alliance always send an assessor out. It was just contestant lies to put an over the top insurance claim in. Said he would send quote. Nothing received. I had my MINI Cooper repaired here through an insurance job and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team was so easy to deal with clear communication, no hassle, and they handled everything smoothly. After being given a few not so great recommendations in Tweed Heads, I’m really glad I went with these guys instead. The quality of the repair is top notch, and my car looks like new again. If I ever need smash repairs in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
