The staff here are really friendly, starting from the front desk, hygienists, assistants, office manger and even the doctors! I do not like this dental group at all, this place is horrible. I just started going here 6 months ago and I have had numerous bad encounters with office manager. I have had to pay every time I go in and I have good insurance, they sent me a bill 2 months after visit I had already paid for. The only person who I see is hygienist and they are very expensive. I found the world class dentist I was looking for. My teeth and problems made me sad and it seemed they would never be fixed. Dr. Osman at Miami Shores Dental Group is an expert. He fixed my front teeth FAR BEYOND what I expected. They are beautiful. He is gentle and really works hard to perfect what he does. I am thrilled. Call them today for an appointment.
