Good place good service in fair price
Home. Though management Was, until very recently I hear, was awful. One of the best, centrally located, ideal, though admittedly minimal in it's offerings outside the apartment itself, facilities in NMB... Phone # listed is incorrect, hence these angry 1* folk.
Why is their phone number show Coral Springs? Is their management not local?
I had a terrible experience with condo management when I was selling my unit after my husband died. Mysterious charges appeared on my closing statement from the association, and the President could not be reached. When I reached him, he threatened to sue me if I didn't stop asking questions and close on time. Terrible management.
