We were having a very hard time locating the right person for our mid level engineering position. We knew when we began our search it would not be an easy fill. After a couple of months looking we were referred to Lloyd Shoemaker (Miami Professional Search). After meeting with Mr. Shoemaker, we felt very comfortable turning our search over to him.
