I used to order chlorine from them for the swim club that I managed. I have to say, thank god I finally switched suppliers. The old owner was fantastic, and just a super great guy. You’ll notice that all the reviews that are positive are from 6-8 years ago. That’s because the old owner was great, but things have changed. Not sure if the Dayton location is like this…but they own a location in Galena, Ohio outside of Columbus, so I’d imagine it would be a similar business model….This business primarily focuses on swimming pools, with occasional water and wastewater treatment tasks. After the busy season ends, there’s pressure from the "acting" manager to complete stops within an 8-hour window, which often feels rushed and compromises safety—potentially illegal and dangerous.
