Failed on three attempts. Not worth the money. Charged three times what was agreed upon for a failure. Also, there was one case early in the year and I was charged for attempts made after the court case. Don't waste you time or money. Other reviews are by friends, relatives and employees.
i used this company for a rush service, and they were 10/10. There customer service skills were exceptional, the process server i spoke too was well versed in the law and working with a company like this saves a lot of time and stress!
Im very happy that I decided to use this business to serve a irresponsible tenant an eviction notice. Patricia the manager was very nice and extremely helpful. I felt like i was annoying asking her millions of questions. She reassured me the steps in the process which gave me so much relief during a stressful situation. Most importantly with a smile on her face. I want to thank her and the process server. I will definitely consider this business in the future for its speed, reliability and great customer service.
I am very impressed how quick and responsive this company handled my case. I want to thank your staff, including Patricia for the excellent work you guys provided. All your staff were very nice and professional. Miami Dade Police was not giving me any results and your company did it right away on the first attempt (Saturday).
