Although the hospital appears 'industrial' from the outside and the waiting area is not lush like other hospitals - the important issues were 100%. All the staff I had dealings with for 2 operations from reception, nursing staff in pre-op, theatre and recovery and the anaesthetist, were pleasant, helpful and professional. The hospital is very clean as per the standards. The food provided prior to discharge was good. Post discharge, nursing staff phoned the next day to check how I was.
