A piece of advice: always ask for an invoice before paying, and double-check exactly what you’re getting and for how much. This is especially true if you aren't an expert on the product. I came here to buy pallet racks and gave them the general dimensions I needed—specifically, 13 feet long and brand new. They told me 13-foot racks don't exist and offered 12-foot ones instead. Best service for warehouse needs! I called around and either, no one would answer or they would send me a catalog. Erez, not only helped me picked out the pallets racks that fit my needs, but he also gave me a price right then and there. Delivery and installation was the next day! Highly recommend them!
