I’m honestly shocked that in 2025, this office still only accepts cash for copayments. I don’t carry cash regularly, and I didn’t have time to stop at the bank that morning. After arriving, I was told I couldn’t be seen unless I left to get cash, which completely defeated the purpose of scheduling and showing up on time. To make things worse, the waiting room was packed—easily 10+ people waiting to be seen. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office in this day and age that doesn’t take a card or digital payment. Casi nunca escribo reseñas, pero esta vez siento que es necesario. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue incómodo. Al ingresar a la oficina, te recibe una ventana con un letrero de "no tocar", lo cual ya refleja la actitud cerrada del lugar. No les gusta que los pacientes pregunten ni interactúen. Le proporcionamos la información de mi esposa, quien está embarazada de 19 semanas y acabamos de mudarnos de otro estado. Good doctor (I think)…but terrible and money hungry type of business. They treat you differently when you aren’t meeting their financial expectation, even with insurance. I’m very disappointed. I changed doctors after being a patient with them for more than 3 years because of this. They don’t treat you like a human being. They see you as a walking bag of cash.

Amazing staff, so attentive, it was my first time and it felt extremely welcoming and comfortable. The doctor is amazing and truly made it feel like a safe space listening to my concerns and doubts. Truly wonderful!!
