I chose this office because I was specifically referred to Dr. Jorge Fernandez and had heard great things about him. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, I felt that communication was poor and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Saludos, muy mala experiencia, el personal no quiere trabajar, llegas a una ventanilla cerrada con un cartel de “No tocar la ventana, espere a ser atendido” espera que puede ser de mas de 20 minutos, de pie, Vi mujeres llegar e irse cansadas de esperar ser atendidas y nadie llego; lo peor, cuando se dignan en abrir la ventanilla, imagino por curiosidad ya que no se ve nada, por lo cual no saben si llega alguien o cuantas personas hay, o si es una emergencia, el trato es poco profesional, cero comunicación, yo me pregunto, si... read more

The doctor and the staff are money hungry. They treat you differently when you aren’t meeting their financial expectation, even with insurance. I’m very disappointed. I changed doctors after being a patient with them for more than 3 years because of this. They don’t treat you like a human being. They see you as a walking bag of cash.
